Corporate Scavenger Hunts: Risk, Procurement, and Design

Procurement questions
Ask for: DPA, data residency, subprocessors, retention, accessibility statement, and a sample event of similar size. Score vendors on answers, not on deck design.
Scale
“Works for festivals” and “works for 20 people in a loft” are different products. Our scalability guide explains how judging and pricing models behave as headcount grows.
Brand and comms
If the hunt is customer-facing, you may need white-label or at least hidden vendor chrome. If it is internal only, that requirement is weaker. See the branding comparison article—treat it as a feature matrix, not a league table.
Shortlist process
Pick three vendors that meet join-model and privacy bars. Run a one-hour tabletop with real tasks. The Foundation directory is a starting inventory, not a certified vendor list.
