Ask every vendor
Screen reader path for clues; alternative to camera; time extensions; contrast; organizer dashboard keyboard access. If they cannot demo VoiceOver or TalkBack, log that as evidence, not as drama.
Landscape
Capabilities differ across Actionbound, Goosechase, Scavify, PlayTours, Eventzee, and others, and they change. Re-test. Do not freeze a “most accessible” medal on a 2026 screenshot.
